All money has been divided into appropriate categories.
Will amend teacher salary from ESL

Library money has been spent.
Technology items have been ordered but money isn’t taken out until items arrive
SRI licenses have been bought
New full time ESL aide has been gifted from district and has been hired
October 25th online member training, Mrs. McKell attended.
How can we get more diverse community members into the SCC?
Digital citizenship and where can we discuss it in our school? Mrs. Allen covers during library time. She explained details of her curriculum she covers for the students. She uses “Common Sense Education”. Teaching begins in January and lasts for 4-6 weeks depending on the grade. Lessons include online slides, videos, worksheets, and take-home resources.
The school does a White Ribbon Week around the same time, it covers online safety and material similar to Mrs. Allen’s lessons.
The school filter is GoGuardian. Mrs. McKell or teachers can see what searches are made by each student.
Each month the school practices a different emergency drill and has a different focus. This month was LockDown. There is a school emergency and safety plan outlined specific to Lincoln. Including phone numbers and a “tree” that shows the order of contact/command. The evacuation location is Hyrum City Office and other places are outlined for different emergencies. There are reunification plans in place if there is an emergency that requires evacuation and students to be picked up at an alternate location.
Questions were asked and answered about teacher training, how do the doors lock, and what situations require what kind of responses.
Questions were asked and answered about how COVID quarantine days are counted, how quickly the school gets notified, and what happens related to classroom exposures.
Larry encourages us to report positive stories and experiences to the legislature about how the money sent to schools has been spent and made an impact for students.
Is there money set aside for reading help? Yes, TSSA and TrustLands are money that can be plugged in for academic needs.
Proposed a December “vacation” from SCC and instead we will meet on January 20th. Accepted

$22,500 money previously set aside for teacher salary has been reassigned and presented to the board. We are awaiting the board’s approval.
Aide money has been spent and there is enough to pay for aides.
Library money has been used and the library is awaiting more books.
Technology money will partially be used to replace classroom projectors.
TSSA counselor salary is overdrawn, the plan is to move money from another area to cover the $368 overage.
Three more document cameras are ordered, 5 new projectors will be ordered, two touch screen laptops for the literacy coordinator.
CCSD library policy has changed. Each school needs a dedicated committee to decide if any books are inappropriate and need to be removed from the library. The SCC committee will also be the Library Media Advisory Committee.
School safety, we do have a positive behavior intervention plan. Expectations are to be Safe, Kind, and Responsible. Each area of the building has slightly different expectations. A video and posters were made. Posters are throughout the school. Video was sent out and shown to classes.
School is pushing for parents to drop students off in the back of the school. The push is due to a near accident in front of the school.
White Ribbon week will be the week of February 14-18.
Final reporting is now open for Mrs. McKell. Data has been finalized by the state and is now available to schools. Mrs. McKell shows the presentation with data related to school wide goals in math, reading, and specific ELL and SWD students. This will be shown to teachers in coming weeks.
Mid year goal data for this school is also shown. Goals are showing improvement from last year.
Powerschool and how parents can view grades was discussed. It is something parents can do, but not may do. Teachers have been asked to send home monthly communication regarding grades, missed assignments, and other notable classroom items.
Next meeting will be February 16th.

Review of the Solution Tree COnference that some teachers went on. Christy explained the focus of the conference, all children are all adults responsibility. The teachers are working to include all adults and teachers in the school community.
$13,000 left in parapro salary. Mrs. McKell anticipates there will be enough money with possibly a little left over.
$20,000 left currently, there should be a small carry over to next year.
The school pays for a portion of SPED aides salary. This money hasn’t been taken out yet. There is money to cover the increase for the school counselor.
We have bought the things we planned, used the money planned, and we are staying on budget.
The new proposed goals will be presented to the committee. This will go along with setting the proposed budget for next year.
Mrs. McKell shows the BOY to MOY data for the district. The district shows a 66% growth, Lincoln shows a 72% growth in math (I-Ready).
HMH growth measure (reading) data shown. BOY we had 131 students below benchmark. MOY we have 83 students below benchmark.
Based on the data shown, Mrs. McKell shares her proposed goals. Teachers preferred reading goal #3 that allowed each grade level to have their own increase percentage. Teachers preferred goal #3 that said 80% of students will show typical growth in math. TSI goal, the SWD and ELL goal is set to show growth opposed to meeting a certain benchmark.
Next year's funding is $67,199. Mrs. McKell shows a proposed list of where/how to spend funding. Items such as new teacher computers, book checkout program for the library, and salary for different groups within the school.
Mrs. McKell shows the proposed final goals and explains the “action steps” to meet those goals. Such as : Teachers are given the choice to use Reading Counts each year. The school purchases and utilizes the iReady My Path as a supplemental math program.
Just in this plan $10,000 each has been allocated for ESL, reading, and math aides. More money would need to come from other funds.
Last year we had a carry over around $9,000 due to absences of hourly aides. Mrs. McKell estimated a $5,000 carry over for this year in School LAND Trust funds. There is an anticipated $72,000 of funding for next year.
A vote is taken to approve this new plan. 6 members approve the plan.
