Lincoln Elementary 2025-2026
Goal #1: Improve Student Reading Growth
Using the Acadience Reading Assessment, 65% or more of Lincoln students in K-5 grades will show Typical or Above Typical growth as measured by Pathways of Progress during the Spring testing session. Teachers will utilize the PLC process to assess and address student learning.
We will measure the success of this goal by collecting baseline (fall) data, conducting the spring testing session, calculating growth using Pathways of Progress, analyzing the results, and comparing those results with the goal. Our action plan to ensure success includes paraprofessionals providing targeted support for at-risk students, offering ELL aide support for our English language learners, and providing substitute teachers so classroom teachers can observe each other’s teaching, attend IEP meetings, and gather & analyze student data. In addition, a Follett subscription will be purchased to support students through media and library resources, and payment for the media specialist to run the school-wide reading program & manage the school website.
